Tiny Baubles by Ellen was started by a former dentist whom could not shake her love of jewelry making. Inspired by her own perennial garden, Ellen began designing colorful floral necklaces and earrings for a "princess to wear on her day off". The staff at The Frosted Petticoat are simply in love with this necklace and can envision it as the perfect accessory for a bride-to-be at her cheery bridal shower... so naturally, we had to create an inspiration board!

I will wear it anywhere, anytime. I've learned to 'use the good dishes'. Such items are to be enjoyed by the owner, not hidden away for 'special' occasions.
